Q. What is the general ordering procedure?

  2. Choose a design to customise
  3. Send us your photographs and verses
  4. Done - it's that simple.

Our online ordering process is really simple, it works like this. You browse through our products and designs until you see something you like as a base for your customisation. Add the product to your basket, and pay for it. You can send us details and photographs of your loved one, background images and verses via email or post. Once we have received your photographs one of our team of designers will generate your artwork exactly to your specification and send you a FREE proof via email. Once you have given us the go-ahead, your printed memorial cards will be sent to you according to your shipping preferences which you will have specified during the order process.

Q. How do I make Payment for my order?

Online payment can be made using Credit/Debit Card or Paypal. If you prefer to pay over the telephone using your credit card, this can be arranged also.

Q. Are envelopes included with my order?

Eligible products are supplied with envelopes except candles, photobooks, framed memories, funeral books and plaques.


Q. I have an idea for a custom card design I would like, what are my options here?

The beautiful range of themed card designs on our site should help to give you some inspiration, as well as the blending effects used on photos. There is nothing quite like a custom card which has one of your photos blended into the background, then it truly becomes personal. We would love to hear your ideas for a custom design and have it designed for you.


Q. How long will it take?

Your proof will be sent to you typically within a few working days. When you confirm the proof, you will be presented with a range of delivery options which you can choose from.


Q. Can I post my photo if I’m unable to email it?

Yes, if you do not have the facility to email your photograph you can post it to the address below quoting your order reference. Your photographs will be handled very carefully, and sent back to you with your order.

Q. What format should I supply images in?

You can supply pictures in any image format you prefer, we can then edit these in any way you require. Try to get an image which is as clear as possible so the reproduction will be as high quality as possible on the finished product. Please click here to view our image requirements…

Q. Can you edit pictures to remove background and red-eye?

We can use Photoshop to edit your photos in any way you require. We can change the background and if the person is with other people in the picture we can crop them out and enlarge the image as required.


Q. How will I receive my proof?

We will send your proof via our proofing system or e-mail. We can also post it at a small additional charge.


Q. Can I order over the telephone or via email instead?

Yes you can, not everybody prefers to do it via the web. Feel free to call is or send us an email with all the details including your choice of card, verses etc and we'll get your order started.

Q. What are your opening hours?

The Memorial Card office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm GMT. However we can be contacted by e-mail and we will respond as soon as possible.
