Uploading Pictures
What kind of photograph do I need to upload?
Preferrably an image of your loved one, where there is a clear background, like a passport photo. We will edit the image for you to remove the background, similar to the samples on our website. You can upload any image type you want, however we would encourage you to use JPEG. Image resolution should be 300dpi, however if you are unsure, send us in your image and we will let you know if it's good enough. Generally speaking, if you can zoom into 200 or 300%, and it still looks clear, then thats a good indicator that it'll turn out well.
I am having problems uploading my picture – what can I do?
Please rename the photo before you upload it to us, to your loved one's name, e.g. joebloggs.jpg. Don't use punctuation such as apostrophes, commas, spaces in the filename. You can also email your images to info@memorialcardcompany.com, you should do this after you have completed the ordering process. Don't forget to let us know your order reference number, so we can link your pictures to your order. You can also send in your images via regular mail, please see the imstructions on our FAQ page
